Why I am standing

As a candidate for the Family First Party, Dale has the opportunity to represent the families of Queensland in a real and meaningful way. Dale’s passion for his involvement in Family First stems from his desire to implement and facilitate change. Through his involvement in the Family First Party, Dale can provide a voice for the mainstream families and individuals of Dickson in achieving the best quality of life available.

Important issues in my electorate

The size of the Electorate now ensures that there is a very diverse demographic with varying expectations. Without doubt however, the cost of fuel, and therefore the impact upon all families and small businesses within the electorate, is significant. With very little public transport on offer beyond Ferny Grove, all of the regions west of that point are hardest hit. Across the board though, in each of the major sectors of Health, Education and Transport, there is a significant shortfall in the provision of these services throughout the electorate. Whilst these issues are predominantly State issues, they are receiving a great deal of attention throughout this campaign as well they should.
