Neale Adams
The Australian Greens candidate for Dunkley
Why I am standing
I'm standing as a candidate because I care about where Australia is headed and must act to put forward alternatives to better address social equity and environmental protection. We need policies that distribute the wealth and power to the entire community. The Greens have those policies. I should be elected because I will not compromise on principles and believe I understand what is needed to improve the environmental, social and economic health of this country.

Important issues in my electorate
Climate Change would be the big one, keeping global temperature increase below 2 degree. Protecting the rights of working people, scrapping WorkChoices. A universal public health system and expanding dental care for low income people. Investing in public housing so we can all have a roof over our head without starving ourselves. An education system that is not run to make a profit but to provide a solid future for everyone no matter what your backround or bank balance. Stop our defence force being used as private corporate police to secure resources and political control of foreign countries. Self determination for indigenous Australians. A 100% NUCLEAR FREE AUSTRALIA.

Protecting Port Phillip Bay from channel deepening, protecting The Pines Flora and Fauna reserve from the Frankston Bypass. Promoting more involvement in the democratic process.
