Citizens Electoral Council of Australia candidate for Robertson

Why I am standing

Have you ever noticed that you never have enough time? Always busy trying to earn the next buck? This is true for 80% of the population.. Here is something to consider - everything you buy is 100% tax and in reality you own nothing. Let me show you something that stuns many people I tell this:
If you think you 'own' your house, you are wrong, you rent it from the local council - that is the reality. Where is the proof of this - try not paying your rates and see what happens - they'll sell your house up and leave you homeless!
Everything you buy is made of labour of some kind. If you think of buying a china cup you will know that it is made of fine clay, is usually turned up by hand and then allowed to dry, it is then painted with glazing compound fired in an oven and there you have a cup. When you consider that the clay costs nothing to us for it to appear in the earth, it would cost you nothing but your labour to dig up a handful of clay to make a cup. But say you get somebody else to do it, you pay for the labour they exert in so doing. If they used a tractor there was labour to make the tractor, ditto the people to make the robots that made the tractor - can a robot spend money? So it is the person behind the robot or the tractor that spends the money - no matter what, everything is a labour cost, even bank interest. Money is a unique thing to humans. Oil costs nothing until you extract it, then as you know it is refined to petrol and doesn't that cost some? But again it is the person behind the bowser that spends the money, not their machines.
Now, if everything is labour then everything is tax - here is the proof:
You earn $1000, the tax rate is 30% so you pay $300 tax and get to spend $700, you buy a swish dress / suit and pay $700 for it.
The tailor gets $700, he pays $210 tax and spends $490
and so it goes that a 30% swipe is taken out of every transaction - did you observe that it only took 2 transactions for 51% of the money to end up back with the government? It's a tad frightening isn't it..? Only 35 transactions at this rate and all the money is back in the government coffers... what a grand swiping scheme this is.
Now here we come to the problem with our lineage of Governments in Australia: Have you noticed that there has been no shortage of new and inventive taxes here in Australia? Income tax, Stamp Duty, Wholesale tax, Wine equalisation tax, GST, FBT, Fuel Parity Pricing, 3 x 3 Fuel Levies, Death Taxes, Road Taxes, this tax, that tax.. taxes on taxes!! on and on it goes, and where it stops, nobody knows [Steve Miller band I think.. Abra Cadabra]. The next tax burst comes in veiled forms - the government is there to provide for social welfare - yet it seeks to outsource such things as hospitals, roads, airports, etc, etc.. - they get the private sector to provide same so it is a form of tax because the government still takes a slice from you and I for the infrastructure, but then has the gall to keep on taxing us as if it is paying for this private infrastructure - when ever have you seen taxes really be reduced by any large margins?? Despite privatisations of large government assets, and guess what - they tax them too!
Why is this the case?? We signed up to the Free Trade Agreement of late, [FTA]. We import everything seemingly from China - these days in the shops I have difficulty buying something that isn't 'Made in China".

Soooo... if everything is made of labour, and all labour is taxed, and all our labour comes from China because all things come from China, you might begin to see why their hospitals are soon to be much better than ours, ditto the USA because of our stupid involvement in the false Iraq 'war on terror' - where do you think we buy our weapons from and which foreign country are all the weapons, logistics, aircraft and the like come from so we can blow things up in their name?? The US of course - on ya GWB! No wonder he likes Johnny.
The government is not doing it as it should, so I figure if I vote for me I get the government that I want.. a vote for me is a vote for you. I'm not sponsored by some foreign multi=national to mortgage your life away.
